多摩美術大学卒（絵画/日本画専攻）
大学卒業後約1年間東南アジアを中心に放浪
某製造業に入社後すぐにタイ国チョンブリ県の現地法人に出向
2015年頃からカメラを独学ではじめる
会社員として勤務する傍ら、タイを中心に約45ヶ国を旅する。
2019年退社　旅行写真家として独立
現在タイ国チョンブリ県シラチャ市在住
Yousuf Tushar氏（バングラディシュ写真協会会長）に師事

Akira Mochida was born 1969 in Tokyo- Japan.

Bachelor degree of Tama Art University in Tokyo.
～Over view～
Since 1992, Akira Mochida have been traveled about 45 countries in the world.
He started travel photograph since 2015.
Studying under the Mr. Yoursuf Tushar who is secretary general of Bangladesh photographic society.
